Great sampler
Nice selection, to try out the different cold-care blends, to see what works and what doesn't. So far, the Throat Coat is my favorite - nice flavor, and very soothing on a throat, raw from coughing.

Helped a lot with allergy throat
Really enjoy the throat coat. The spice one hasn’t been my favorite. However, add honey and helped my throat a lot.

2016 REVIEW!!!!! Over 20 years of using Traditional Medicinals teas. Positively effective and super-soothing. 100 STARS!!
HOT OFF THE PRESSES! 2016 REVIEW!I started using Traditional Medicinals teas when I found them in a little health food store over 20 years ago. They were hard to find then, but now thankfully Amazon carries them. I always keep extras around to give to friends and family when they start feeling under the weather. In fact, I included this little sampler box with my Christmas presents to family and friends this past holiday.I've used Traditional Medicinals Teas for years and years. "Throat Coat" soothes and coats your throat and is so comforting. It is also very good for stomach problems due to the slippery elm in it. We use "Throat Coat" not just for sore throats but for days when we have to do a lot of speaking, like for presentations, etc. My sister is a teacher and she lives on the "Throat Coat" tea, as well as the "Echinacea Plus," which boosts your immune system (being surrounded by germy kids in the Midwest winters, of course you want to ward off whatever you can!)"Breathe Easy" is a great tea for loosening up your nasal passages. Of course, drinking anything hot will help to do that, but the eucalyptus and peppermint in "Breathe Easy" definitely do the trick. Another favorite of ours is the "Gypsy Cold Care" tea.I keep honey and lemons around to add to my Traditional Medicinals teas. You may want to look around for a honey that is local to your area, as that is supposed to be more beneficial to you. If you don't have real lemons around, lemon juice will do. As I'm sure you already know, the honey will help soothe the throat and provides immune benefits, and the lemon juice helps cut through any drainage.I don't have a legal team, but I'm pretty sure I'm supposed to say here that these are all just my opinions from years of using these teas. I'm not a doctor or a scientist, just a Midwest Mom who has spread Traditional Medicinals teas across the country to any friend or relative that needs them. I get great feedback from them and they end up loving these teas as much as I do. The product does say if you are pregnant or nursing to check with your doctor, and I'd add if you have any major health problems you should also check with your doc. I do that myself, because sometimes natural or herbal remedies can interact with your prescription medications. Just take the box in to your doctor and let him/her take a look at the ingredients. Better safe than sorry. When you compare all of the stuff in Over The Counter cold and flu meds, and the high cost of them....I'm not saying don't use meds, because I'm on a regimen of prescription and OTC meds myself. I can tell you that these teas can ease your suffering to a large degree. The Traditional Medicinals line of teas is huge, so check out some of the other ones, too. And don't forget that if you order through Amazon, you can have it shipped directly to someone else if you need to. I've sent this sampler out to numerous friends and relatives, and it's easier and faster to just ship it from Amazon directly to them. If you have Prime, which I also highly recommend, then you can use the free 2-day shipping directly to your loved one. Here's to your health!

A Must-Have for Cold or Allergy Season
I love the Traditional Medicinals line of herbal teas, and often tell friends, family, and coworkers how well they worked. I love that this seasonal sampler gives me a way to introduce people to Traditional Medicinals in one handy box! I'm not anti-pharmaceutical, but I try to use effective natural remedies whenever I can and this box has some of my favorites in it. All it takes is one time to see how well these work - I have coworkers come snuffling to my door all the time now asking for these teas when they're feeling stuffy and foggy from colds in winter or allergies in summer.Gypsy Cold Care is THE BEST thing when you have a cold - it's minty and refreshing and really helps with the stuffiness and throat irritation that inevitably accompany the common cold.I always have a cup or two of Echinacea Plus when I'm around people who are sick - it's refreshing and easy to drink and I like to know that I'm helping boost my body's immune response while I enjoy my hot tea. I sometimes add a bag of this to the cup when I'm brewing one of the other varieties, too, just to give myself that extra boost.Throat Coat is the best non-pharmaceutical sore throat solution I've ever found - it soothes inflamed throat tissues from overuse (as with singers and speakers) or due to illness. It really helped my husband last time he had a bad cough, as the irritation in his throat from the coughing was making the coughing worse (which made the irritation in the tissues worse and created a vicious cycle) and this soothed his throat so he was able to rest and stop coughing.Breathe Easy is delightfully minty and is my go-to tea anytime I'm stuffy, whether from illness or allergies. I breathe in the steam from the cup as I drink it and it's the perfect gentle way to clear my sinuses and help me feel alert. The most important thing with these teas is to make sure you use boiling water to prepare them and let them steep at least 10-15 minutes - that pulls the maximum benefit out of the herbs and produces the best result.

My Go To Brand for Cold Season! We keep it on hand
We keep this on hand during winter and cold season. Have a sore throat? Their Throat Coat is amazing and we love it! Limited ingredients that work!Recipe for Colds:Brew a cup of the Throat Coat (we use 2 bags which makes a thicker more vicsus drink that coats well and tastes good) We add extra licorice sticks (the plant not the candy). Add an Airborne fizz tab to get your vitamins. Add a bit of strawberry Odwalla. We sometimes throw in a packet of theraflu lemon flavor with some sweetener like honey or stevia. Then u get your cold medicine as well for your long day ahead. At night u can use the theraflu nighttime version. This together will give u: throat comfort, vitamins AND your cold medicine all in one and it’s a recipe we have used for years. Do this twice a day during your cold or flu and it will help a lot! It makes a hot strawberry lemonade drink that tastes really good. Do this with your chicken soup. This tea/brand also helps people with Smoker’s cough or other throat ailments. And it tastes good too! Traditional Medicinals makes great products and we love them.
