I use this as a filling for an Easter bread. I can’t find it in my local stores anymore so was glad to see it offered on Amazon. Easy to spread & delicious.

Essential for Holiday Baking
Our holiday baking begins with Solo filling. This year we had a hard time finding it - order it from Amazon by Thanksgiving if you want a good selection. This year I couldn’t find apricot filling anywhere. We wound up using apricot preserves which was not even close to Solo filling. Order early!!

I make the Almond Kringles every Christmas. Buttery pastry spread with the almond filling. Everyone loves it!

Not good.
I bought this to try to make almond croissants.The can was dented, but I used it anyway.It is a thick goo that looks similar to the goo part of pecan pie.Unfortunately the flavor was not good!It has coconut in it which I didn’t know and was not happy about. It is a strong flavor that I did not want and did not like! It’s sickeningly sweet and has a strong artificial taste.Plus it is really expensive!I guess I will keep looking for what works.
