They do add a thin layer of comfort and insulation to my shoes without taking up too much room. The only problem is I now squeak when I walk. I’ve switched their position, tried a different pair of insoles. No improvement. Squeak squeak squeak. It’s funny but also annoying.Doesn’t happen in all shoes. Just one pair of sneakers, so far.

They really work. I even have a pair in my slipper socks.

Warmer than original insoles in Nikes and other brands of tennis shoes

Shoe inserts, There OK for what they are. Problem with they curl up on you anytime you take your foot in and out.

I got these for two reasons: 1) to add some warmth to boots that I was feeling the cold ground through 2) to fill in the volume in the same boots.I have a narrow, low volume foot so I ended up putting these UNDER another more supportive insole. These insoles are nice and thin, making it possible to stack them (at least for me). After wearing them for a while, I actually ended up adding another set if these insoles in so that I now have two layers of these under my supportive insoles. Perfect! Extra warmth, customized volume reduction and the bonus of a little extra cushioning.I wasn't sure I'd need/want a six pack of these but now I'm glad to have the extra insoles!

El material metálico se se cae muy rápido, es facil de cortar el producto para ajustar al calzado pero no son duraderas

Verwende diese für Winterstiefel. Die Alu-Beschichtung ist dünn (gehört auch so) und die Enlagsohle selbst dick und elastisch. Für diesen Preis super.

Zuerst: die Isolierung ist sehr gut aber leider löst sich die Alufolie nach einigen Tagen des Tragens von der Sohle ab und zerknüllt unter der Sohle. Daher nur drei Sterne.
