I usually do not write either good or bad reviews and I am certainly not being compensated for this review!! There is reason to break tradition and write a review of not only the product, but the customer service that went along with the product. At first the price may scare you away, but as everyone knows, you get what you pay for. Almost as soon as I placed the order, I received a message from the Seller, Julia, letting me know that this was a heavy shipment that would require a freight carrier and because of this, a slower delivery time should be expected. I was either messaged via Amazon or by texts from Julia keeping me updated. There was a delivery date issue and Julia, without hesitation, contacted the carrier and got the situation corrected without my intervention. Once the product arrived, it was in a box made of wood. It was carefully packed and each piece was carefully wrapped for protection. Once unwrapped, the instructions were quite clear and easy to understand. No tools were required as they were included with the hardware. It took about 15-20 minutes to put together. It is a sturdy piece. No worries about it tipping over or flexing when you sit in it. It is extremely comfortable. Two people easily and comfortably fit in this chair. The cushion is well made and quite thick. They throw in a super heavy duty cover for the chair.If the chair was awful, which it is not, the customer service that Julia and Lambgier Store provides would be enough to buy from them. It seems that businesses are satisfied with mediocrity customer service. This is not the case with this Seller!! If you are looking for a Nest Chair, you have found it.

UPDATEI ordered this chair on February 28. I don’t remember when it got delivered or when I assembled it but it was probably at least two weeks later. Today is May 8. This is still my favorite place to sit. I can’t tell you how much I love this chair. With that being said, I noticed the rust on my brand new marble pavers. Very disappointed and unhappy. My suggestion to everyone anyone buying this make sure you have a covered area to keep it. Or someplace that it won’t matter that the rust is leaking.ORIGINAL REVIEW:Great customer service communication. Easy to assemble with two people. The cushion looks more gray than the photo. But it blends well with all color throw pillows because of it. Two people can sit. But I’m not sharing it. I lounge across it for a reading escape. I wish there was an option to order wheels so I could move it more easily at will. But it’s still moveable.

This chair was a great purchase! It’s very comfortable, the cushion is nice and plush and it’s so relaxing to sit and swing. The cushion seems to be a nice water resistant fabric but we still move it under cover when we know it’s going to rain. We tried it out with 2 heavy people and it’s super sturdy! We have it positioned so the dome of it provides shade from the scorching sun in the afternoons. It’s not hard to assemble but you should definitely use two people or else it would be. It arrived a week earlier than it initially said so that was great and Julia kept us informed and then checked to make sure we were happy. The shipping company put a couple holes through the crate with their forklift but it was packed and wrapped very well inside (luckily without any dreaded styrofoam) so there wasn’t any damage. I would buy this again in a heartbeat. I also love that it comes with a cover so it won’t withstand too much wear and tear over the winter.

Delivery: timely delivery within a monthCondition: No damages, packaging was top notch that clearly is thought out to protect all pieces of the chair.Building/Set up: Took two people for the chair itself as the chair pieces don’t line up 100% for the screws to easily fit, however is doable. This is my only complaint, but fairly minor.Finished product: I have had an “egg chair” before that was just like this one and it has lasted through college and 7 years as of this year. This chair, is different, but seems to be made of the same quality material and looks fantastic.Overall I’m very pleased with the results thus far and the chair is well worth the money. Looks great and it’s built well.

I ordered the swing for my sister. She was able to assemble it with ease and by herself. She stated that it looks beautiful and is very comfortable. She wanted the black swing. So far the only downside is that it does not come with a cover. But she placed it on her small covered porch and has been out almost every night enjoy nature and her swing!

Very easy to assemble, comfortable and fun. The only thing to watch is that one screw on the back rest part accumulates rain and then the rust water drains down into the back of the cushion and my hair, shirt while swinging. I cover it when rain is predicted.

So I received the chair and assembled it. While assembling I noticed a defect in one of the cross bars. First of all I didn’t even have to contact the company, they contacted me to see if I was satisfied. When I explained the problem, they immediately responded and took care of the problem. Not only did they take care of it but they kept me informed every step until the new part arrived. This was one of the best companies I ever dealt with on line. Now I sit in my Awsome chair and watch my horse. I would totally recommend this company and chair

Item defective. Metal bar located at top of swing - that stabilizes and supports the swing - broke only after about 3 months, which now presents a safety issue.
