First one I bought had a defective cap so I ...
First one I bought had a defective cap so I returned it and bought second one thinking is just a fluke. Second one had the same issue with the cap plus the second time I was making tea, the inside glass completely detached. I just heard this thump as I was filling it with water and saw the inside unit has broken off and fell to the bottom.

Completely detached
I was super excited about this product and got so upset that the inner wall cracked from the outer wall less than 3 months of buying it. Never dropped the flask and have no idea how is detached or cracked. Extremely frustrated and angry
