thx seller for replacement. This is my 2nd one cause its a powerfull gadget for neck chin eyes etc. Im glad i found it again. Get it to keep yr face wrinkle free.it has red and blue light while u get vibration and heat. Use with vit c or yr favorite serums. I Use it till charge is up.and recharge for next day treatment

I bought this for my wife because shes super into skin care. She has only used this a few times since getting but so far so good. She loves the look of it and how easy it is to use. She has been using this as part of her night time skin care routine and loves it. She hasn't used it long enough to actually see any dramatic results but she says her skin looks and feels amazing the next morning after using this device though.

I am only giving it three stars because this face massager wouldn't vibrate when I tried to use it with a flat cotton secured to it as instructed. It works fine as far as heating, cooling, lighting up, vibrating, etc.. but once the flat cotton is added to the massager it just wont vibrate. I will continue to try to see if I can find a way to add the flat cotton to it in a way that may allow it to finally work as intended if not I will just use it without the cotton..

After using it for 2 weeks, it helped reduce puffiness in the face. The reason for 4 stars is because the interface takes a little tinkering to get used to. Overall I recommend it if you’re looking a cost effective and efficient face care massager.

My wife is super into skin care and keeping her youthful glow and has been interested in these type of devices. We decided to give this one a try. First impression is the packaging is nicely done and the device is very nicely made. The lights are very bright and strong. A bit too early to really tell how much it works but she is seeing promising results after a few uses.

Very poor quality. Charging port broke just outside of return window. Don't waste your money.

Instructions confusing as the translation from Mandarin to English incomprehensible. Poor overall quality with little or no vibrations. I am going to ask for a refund
