PetSpy M86 Extra Dog Training Collar - Replacement Part for 1100 Yards Advanced Dog Training Systems M86-1, M86-2 and M86N

So we have two dogs - Weimaraner and Doberman. Got one control (A or B so can control two collars) and one collar. REALLY worked great, but it was hard to rotate dogs so we got a second collar. We use them each time the dogs go out and got tired of the one/off with the standard black collar. Went shopping and got two adjustable collars with the plastic snaps. We do not use the ring for the leash, but I did thread the shock unit on the new collars - works like a wonder. We still need two hands to put the collar on (dogs will sit more or less patiently while we do this), but it and so much easier for one handed removal. The easier and faster on/off is a great help and means we can be 100% consistent in our training - dogs have to sit at the door until the collars are on; open the door to our breezeway, and they have to sit at our gate until open and they get the "okay" command. Once out they have freedom to run in our unfenced yard. The 2.5 year old rescue Doberman only had to have us hit the buzzer button about 3 times to teach him to not chase squirrels outside of our yard (previously defined by walking the perimeter). Took a little practice to be able to switch between A (Doberman) and B (Weimaraner), but now we have one control and two collars and are enjoying the added security of having responsive off leash dogs. We also do the normal "good dog" and treats for added positive reinforcement.

They can deliver but can't accept returns some battery/flammable return policy etc.But It didn't work has a weird noise inside the unit.I tried to return but didn't let me even though te page when I purchased it does says return refund available. I'll keep trying. I'll update if changes.

I bought this training collar for my dogs.... It has worked wonders, not just for ONE, but 3 of my dogs... they ALL respond to the beep of JUST the remote now, which is great...and I LOVE the product. HOWEVER, this is the second one i need to return because the light stays green and the collar will not work, or shut off, or do anything at all. The company was GREAT with the first return, sent me out a new unit, (just the unit, no collar, which is fine, just want to let others know) So i'm sure they will be helpful and stand by their product again. Perhaps there is a defect in the item that should be looked at..??? If I have to return this one.... I will consider asking for a credit to be applied so i may purchase one that continually works. Thank you!

I ordered a replacement receiver and was having problems with syncing it to the transmitter. I emailed Petspy and they gave me several things to try but the receiver did not sync. They informed me that my old system was still under warranty and that they would send me a replacement. They were very prompt to respond to my initial email and THEY informed me that my old system was still under warranty! The problem was handled in less than 48 hours. Very helpful and courteous company. Not to mention their product is excellent. The system has worked very well for our 182 pound Labradane. It is a gentle reminder to him when he gets a little too energetic. Thank you Petspy! Excellent company! Highly recommend!

This is the replacement to the original collar in the set we ordered for the dog. We used the original for over a year and I have successfully trained our puppy to stay with me while walking, rather than jumping at cars and pedestrians. He wears the collar while playing in the yard and I am able to keep him close to home by pushing the vibrate button. The collar has worked very well to train the puppy to walk on a leash rather than pull me down the street, he is now behaved and I could practically walk him with no leash. I recently needed to order the replacement piece for the collar. I am guessing it simply wore out or was overcharged. The battery only needs to charge for about 20 minutes every 3-4 days. It is a reliable device and I am very happy with the product.

This training collar is awesome! It performs and works as good as my friends $350 system but at a much more affordable price. It has the beep, vibrate and shock function and can be adjusted to multiple levels on each. For some reason the box on mine quit working , (while it is "waterproof", my dog spends A LOT of time swimming!) I was happy I was able to purchase just the box for a very affordable price, keeping us back in our training mode very quickly. I would highly recommend this collar.

I've ordered several replacements to date with a mixture of results: failed guides for collar, torn charging port covers and even broken screw studs on the inside prior to receiving. But most/worst of all, short-lived battery units. So there is where I've begun focusing my resources.

I bought two extra when I bought the two dog collar set up just to make sure I have one when I needed it well they would not sync to my remote so I ordered a new remote and it still won't sync up and the Company will not return my emails so I'm stuck paying for 2 collars I can't use, the return window on them is closed so I can't return them, they might as well be paperweights, The orginal set with the two collars only lasted 8 months, save your money and buy something else even if cost more it will save you money in the long run.
