After a few days of adding to the tank our Pleco's have moved in and we now have babies.

I purchased 3 of the medium caves in December. I put two in my larger tank (55 Gal.) to give the male and female Bristlenose a choice. The male picked the one he liked and within three days of it being in the tank they spawned (first spawn). The first clutch yielded approximately 40 fry. They just spawned again last week and this time even more fry. The cave is well made and I like the natural log pattern as it fits in well with my planted tank. The medium size is perfect for the Bristlenose plecos. I would recommend these caves to anyone who intends to breed plecos. Shipping was fast and they arrived in good condition.

Definitely the best pleco cave I've ever used. It is made of ceramic and the outside is painted so its smoother. This is the perfect shape and size for breeding and keeping multiple different pleco species. It provides a great hiding point for plecos and even some other aquatic critters. The cave is painted so it can blend into a planted tank fairly easily, especially is the glue or tie some moss on it. For the price, you can't beat this amazing pleco cave from plecoceramics. Plan on ordering more.

I wish I knew about this product years ago! Now, I'm getting too many plecostomus frys in my tank.The male longfin yellow bristlenose went into this tube within a day and a few of weeks later I noticed frys swimming around. I wasn't keeping track of the timeline due to my skepticism so it was a pleasant surprise.Now I'm on the second batch of eggs with the male fanning water (pictured). Hmmm, this is too successful.
