Needs a redesign
Removable piece cannot be zipped closed while attached to backpack so everything falls out.

Initially we liked the bag
We bought this backpack for our son with type 1 diabetes. Initially we liked the bag. My son thought the bag was very comfortable compared to the previous bag he was using. The removable bag in the front was great for his meter and supplies. The bag has a lot of room, although we would have liked some additional compartments in the main(back) section to help organize smaller supplies.The problems started after about 2 weeks of use. The back(main) compartment has two zippers that meet at the top. In the second week of use one of the zippers came unattached from one side so would not zip. We were disappointing but were able to zip the other zipper all the way to the other side to fully close the bag. This lasted an additional couple of weeks, then the other zipper came apart and we were then unable to close the bag at all.

we love the bag
As another reviewer has said, we love the bag, but the zipper came off after about a month. We also had the lining around the zipper start to fray after a couple of weeks. Love the concept, love the size. Unfortunately, it's a lot to pay for a bag that falls apart after a month. I hope they address the quality.
