The idea of the product sounds great, so I gave it 3 stars. Unfortunately it arrived completely damaged and unusable. It was absolutely packaged up this way as my shipping box was not damaged in any way. They knew they were sending me a faulty damaged product. Amazon could only offer me a refund not a replacement so I will not be able to try it and have to purchase elsewhere.

Why are these Hyalogic Scar serums being shipped this way? As per another reviewer, this product is unusable as the pump top was shipped broken and at least 1/4 of the product is missing. How do I return for a new, unbroken, full, product? Seems like the ingredients would be very helpful but not if I cannot use it. Been using Hyalogic for over 20 years and never had a defective product from them until now. I need to return ASAP.

So annoyed that this is the third bottle that is broken. The bottle comes scattered and all the serum has evaporated. I love the product but would not recommend getting it on Amazon.

Not good, I bought a dozen bottles for the scar repair effect is not. Not worth buying

I bought this serum before and I really liked it. But the formula of the second bottle i bought seems much more different (its more liquidy)I am very disappointed.

Has caused an allergic reaction to my face and scalp
