Call me crazy... But I first wore these to bed. I wanted to see if they were uncomfortable and sweaty before I wore them out and about. I woke up with really soft skin! It was awesome. I have no idea if that is a known side effect.... But it certainly was nice for me. I didn't put lotion or anything on before hand either.Anyway, I bought these in the shorter version before and I like these even more. I ordered a large in the shorts and medium in these. The medium fits me better. These actually hold me in a little bit better as well. Not quite Spanx but enough to even out slight bumps of fat accumulated after having 2 kids, and to smooth out ripples in skin... Yeah gross I know but a lot of us have them.... Even 100 pound stick figure women have ripple back thighs. I normally wear a size 4 or size 6 in pants. I'm 5'3" and 145 pounds. I have worn these under clothing and just by themselves as well. Very happy with my purchase!

I'm 5'1" and wear a 7/8. I got a medium but, honestly, I think I could've gotten a small. I put these bad boys on today and hit the gym. I was on the elliptical for 45 and felt sweat just dripping. I chugged my entire 32 Oz hydroflask before I was done. I had to peel them off later haha. I feel like they're def gonna up my gym game.

I didn't get the sauna feeling while wearing this, I even applied the hot cream and it didn't do anything! The only positive effect I got out of wearing this all day/night was that my legs were very silky smooththe upper part of it was loosely fitted, even on the tightest hooks there is room so it didn't give a fitted feel on my abdomen areaThrow on a longer top and you can actually wear these out as leggings

Well, it doesn't make me sweat. I was on my bike for 45 min an no sweat at all. I walked a 1 mile another day at a quick step an still..I did not sweat on my legs or stomach. I do like the fit though. Feels like I have firmed up my waist an butt.

Leggings are really comfortable, but are a little too big for me since I'm really tiny. I got a medium. But for the average person they would fit great. Wish it did have pockets but other than that I'm going to keep wearing them. Great quality. Definitely recommend.

I haven’t use it yet ,I only tried it on, I bought this for my slowly work out, other than that I have no problem..

So glad I decided to purchase the sweat pant. I ordered a medium, maybe the small would have worked just as well. I've workout in the pant 3x since ordering, they move well during squat sets, lateral movements, high knees, etc. I get a good sweat from mid section down to my ankles.
