First off it doesn't have good instructions manual it has little to know details how to get the divice up and running and I am pretty sure it is not about the device purchased. Second it took me about an hour to set it up to my wifi, if you do not have monk like patients then this is not the product for you. This Device also does not keep recording not unless you stay in the device even if you have a sd card in it and when you are in the app recording it only records for four and a half minutes. It's a baby monitor in if it cannot continuously record until the SD fills up then what's the point out using this device. Also after I finally hooked up the wifi it automatically recorded a sample video of me and upload it to their cloud service without my permission just so they can try and sell me their cloud storage. I have so much terrible stuff that I can say about to this device but I think I gave enough reasons not to buy it.

The media could not be loaded.  **UPDATE** Works very well! I would give it 4.5 stars. The location of the screw holes on the base make it difficult to mount even with a 4" bit. They should make the base a little wider so the camera isn't in the way.The box was dirty on the inside and the plastic holder was cracked. Looks like this might have been returned, though the device itself looks unused. We'll see. So far, it was pretty easy to connect, format the 32GB microSD card, and locate all the settings I need. This is an addition to my interior PTZ cameras, and seems to be on the same level. Verification to email comes across in Chinese, but I was expecting the email and the numbers were readable, so I knew what to do. Overall, seems to be a good deal. We'll see how long it lasts out in the elements.

This camera could not be placed in or on a convenient spot nor could it be hooked up properly. By the time I discovered all this it was too late to return it! I wasted my money!

This camera says it's wireless this is a lie you have to keep it plugged in to use it and the picture of it looks like tunnel vision and it is made of cheap plastic that feels like a floss container for flossing your teeth this is complete and utter false advertising!

It was impossible to set it up! We tried for over 2 hours, different ways EVEN different wifi accounts and nothing worked. We had to return it. Unfortunately I had a bad experience with this camara so I can't recommend it.

I was so excited, thinking i found a good deal… boy was i wrong. The shipping package and box the product was i. was in perfect condition. Unfortunately the product was destroyed. I really believe it was placed in the packaging damaged , which tells me there is no quality control with this seller. I would not recommend AT ALL ! I wouldn’t even give this product 1 star , but the review requires at least 1. Not deserved.

Je trouve cette caméra bien fait , Mais j'ai due abandonné l'installationelle ne trouve pas le réseau sans fil , livret d’installation dur a suivreje suis aller télécharger l'appli pour mon Ordi et elle est seulement a chinoisdommage pas de français ni anglais

I love this product it makes me feel safe it lets me know when someone's here I don't have to worry about anything when I go away I would recommend this product to anyone that is looking for a security camera it's one of the best that I have seen so far.
