If you have a newer whirlpool that squeals...
Then this is the belt to buy. What I did to stop the squealing was remove the plastic driven pulley and hit it with sandpaper to remove the baked-in rubber from the previous two belts. This belt fits tightly but it's still easy to install. No more squealing, even with a comforter in the tub!

Perfect for armana washer
My Armana washer had a belt slipping terribly and I searched the belt number and this was one of the first to come up and it worked great. No problem with installation and instantly no noise coming from my washer.

3 tries later finally found the right belt!
It took me 3 tries through Amazon and finally watching a Whirlpool tech on YouTube to get the correct link for the correct belt size! This one actually fit my Whirlpool Washer!!

NOT too short, just tight
This belt worked to fix a LOUD screeching sound with my washer WTW6120HW0. I thought the belt might be too short like some other reviews say. But it's just really tight. It needs to be really tight so it doesn't slip like the old, loose belt which was the cause of the screeching sound. There's a trick to getting it on. Watching some videos helped me to see how to get it on.

Part Number (AP6333320) w11239857 washer belt DOES NOT replace W10808317.
The Amazon website claims that the new Part Number (AP6333320) w11239857 washer belt is a compatible replacement to the old W10808317; however, from my experience with this order, it is not compatible. The new w11239857 is slightly shorter than the original W10808317. While it can be installed as a replacment, it appears to be under very high tension, and it destroys itself within an hour of operation.
