Caution: May NOT work on all TV makes, certainly not Toshiba.
3 stars for its build quality, and the sellers delivery. However - caution people! It will not work on your Toshiba 32" LED TV. I had to basically hack my TV bracket to make it work for me. I took 2 stars off because, my TV's wall mount holes (VESA 100X100 mm) accept only M6 screws. Although this mount came with an assortment of screws including the M6's - the 100X100 VESA holes on the TV mount plate were drilled to accept only M4 screws. So, I wasn't very happy with this mount.

GREAT TV wall mount
GREAT TV wall mount. So great that my roommate stole it when they moved. :( But it is easy to instal and very solid - also great versitility in tilting the tv.

Short arm limits range of motion
Had it installed therefore unaware of ease of installation. The installer didn't seem to have any issues. The arm connecting the wall mount to the TV portion is rather short so some of the range of motion is limited. Good mount if you do not plan to swivel the TV from left to right.
