A Perfect Blend
This spice is so yummy when put or mixed with your favorite olive oil. Great for dipping your favorite Italian breads in this mixture.

not my favorite mix of herbs, but it is really good
I use a lot of zatar and have found that different places/brands have different blends. I like some sesame seeds in the mix, but in some countries that is not their tradition. This is good to me, but my Lebanese neighbor thinks it is not "real" zatar. My experience is more with Israeli mixes and it is similar to some of the Druze mixes I get on my street food. This is good, better than what I can find locally. I added a few more sesame seeds and sprinkle it on my homemade version of the wonderful Druze treat, using naan and drained greek yogurt in place of the Druze bread and labane.

Fresh and flavorful
I like middle eastern food but don't cook it very often. I had a jar that friends brought back from Saudi Arabia, but I tossed it before I moved. I'm not an expert on flavor or authenticity but I like the taste of this one. It is fresh and flavorful. I like that the jar isn't too large because I would have a hard time using it up while fresh. It is made up of spices most of which I don't have in the pantry, so I find it very convenient to have a jar on hand.

Great classic blend to have on hand
I need Z'atar very infrequently but when I need it, I REALLY NEED IT. You need quite a few ingredients to make Z'ata on it's own, so I prefer to buy it already made.I tried it tonight mixed into some yogurt I needed with dinner and it tastes just right.

Nice Spice!
This Zaatar is a nice blend of thyme, marjoram, sesame, and sumac. The spices and seeds are fresh and well-blended. I would prefer less thyme and more sumac. Sumac has a citrusy taste and really brings the "middle eastern kick" that I am looking for from Zaatar. To remedy this, I simply added a bit of sumac to suit my own personal taste.Zaatar is a great seasoning for salads, vegetables, meats, and fish. Sprinkle it on avocados and tomatoes for a quick appetizer. Sprinkle it on hummus. Sprinkle it on top of eggs to give your breakfast a new zip.K'TORES SPICE COMPANY is offering a nice product at a very reasonable price.

Highly recommended
Great quality zaatar seasoning. This has a very nice flavor and aroma and is wonderful for all sorts of dishes. It’s a salty mix of herbs with sesame seeds. I used it to make a delicious chicken and eggplant the other night. It’s great for cooking middle eastern cuisine. I also love to put it on hummus or olive oil and eat with pita.
