Treasure Hunters in Trouble: An Unofficial Gamer’s Adventure, Book 4

My 7 year old is an avid Minecraft fan and a good reader. He loved this book and quickly read it in two nights. We have subsequently bought more of the series. So overall a five star recommendation from him and me as it kept him quiet (and not asking to play Minecraft!).

These books were wonderful for a kid who doesn't like to read. Got the whole set for my 11yr old over the summer. He reads 20 min and gets to play on any electronics for 30 min. He actually loves Minecraft and got in to the first book about two months ago and is on the 5th one now. He took it to school today just to read it. He loves these books because he can picture what's happening since he is a Minecrafter! Amazing transformation on his reading skills. They throw in some harder words every now and then and he gets them. Love it! From a "not so frustrated anymore" Mom

My 8 year old is in total love with these books! For the first time in my life I heard the words "can I take a book to grandma's" Not toys, not video games, a BOOK! THANK YOU WINTER MORGAN!!! Recommended these to a friend with a 10 year old and he had the same results. Not sure how old I would cap these at, depends on the child. The stories are all Steve is fine, Steve has trouble, Steve meets new people, Steve makes people his friends and changes them to good even though they may have been bad or intending to be bad during some adventure or misadventure.

I have to say my son and I enjoy these books. We have most of the series. I didn't expect much when I ordered them, but they are actually well thought out books with good lessons on friendships.
