Hancock's Pensacola Bahia Grass Seed - Coated - 50 lbs.

I'm sure this seed will germinate with proper moisture. Unfortunately, we don't get near enough rainto help. Sign of the times.

70% of the seeds sprouts and half of it is weeds. I understand a few weed seeds would be mixed-up that wouldn't be a problem. I wast the money. I wished that I bought sod instead of this nightmare. I'm planning to removed them and buy sods instead.

I waited for the S. Florida rainy season and used it the bare spots in my yard and not one seed germinated.Waste of money.

I have bought multiple types of grass seed and got very little grass after a lot of money spent, glad I purchased this one I saw grass within four days I will update and how it matures

Very expensive seed and not one blade of grass growing. We followed the planting instructions precisely. The return policy was such a narrow window that it didn’t allow for the time of planting and growth in order to see results.

Makes great, super-expensive mulch, grass not so mulch. Yield was so low, I had to bend over to see if any germinated.
