Good collection of stories
All I can say is that I haven't really enjoyed reading Scott Fitzgerald. The author seems to spend much of his time trying to get across his view of the world and in many instances I had to skip over it. The Great Gatsby was not bad.At the time I first reviewed this I had only read two stories. Having now got well into the collection I have gradually become a fan of F Scott Fitzgerald and now look forward to reading his short and long stories.

really makes it so easy to read the whole range of F Scott Fitzgerald
A staggering amount of material in the Kindle version. Wow, really makes it so easy to read the whole range of F Scott Fitzgerald. Not sure if it has everything (I am not an expert or have a bibliography at hand) but this is a great selection and was well formatted and easy to search and just perfect to read the classics as well as his essays and much more. Pity it didn't include a few more related works as well but for the price, who can complain

love the richness of language and depth of descriptions which ...
Can't believe it was just 49p for this classic collection. I have read two books already, love the richness of language and depth of descriptions which make you stop and ponder. Not a light read by any means but well worth indulging yourself. I have noticed a few glitches, e.g. full stops mid sentence, but am putting that down to technology and not grouching - after all, as I said, it was only 49p. Many thanks.

Tender is the night is not final version here
Just a caution - the version of Tender is the Night here on Kindle is not the same as the Penguin paperback of 1955 which is the version revised by Fitzgerald and arranged according to his final instructions, shortly before his death. The paperback goes from Books One through Five.

So Good
So far I have only read about half of this collection but it is very, very good. Enjoy. Great value too. What more could one ask for?

Limited physical space, unlimited mental horizons!
The genius of his writing goes without saying and doesn't need affirmation from oiks like me. Oh, but the sheer wonder of having this vast influx of wit into my cottage, without my bookshelves being a whit more crowded. (I am new to Kindle use, and my wonder at the miracle of it is as yet undiminished.)
