it's the best knife I've ever owned, and I've had many of them over the years. The one-handed action is easy and quick, and the locking mechanism is strong, reliable, and still easy to fold with one hand.This is the first knife I've ever had with the Sandvik 14C28N blade, and I'll never again accept anything lower than this, and anything higher is waaay more expensive. This sturdy blade shaved my arm fresh out of the box, and still does after a couple months of not quite daily use, much of which would have noticeably dulled any of my Kershaws immediately. I wish it was a bit smaller, but have learned that when clipped in my back pocket I don't even notice it, whether my wallet is in that same pocket or not.It would be nice if it was a bit prettier, but having a bit of a homely knife has become almost a source of pride now. This knife is not for show....it's a real tool!

Good general purpose knife

Reminded me of the 810 contego...Reverse tanto tip...It's not superlight...but not super heavyIt's just right... you know when your holding it...but forget it's in pocket...I have smaller hands...and love the feel...even working with gloves on..Quick and smooth, solid...robust...Given the price...and how well finished these are...all the grinds are flawless... blade feels like a 170$ blade no joke...This is an independent review... would highly recommend

This is a decent knife. The action is amazing even right out of the box. Getting the right pivot tension can be tricky if you adjust it. My only real complaints are that the inner scale edges come to a crisp edge and the clip screws stick up enough to catch the pocket. Otherwise, this thing is a work of art.
