US Motor Works 22185 Heavy Duty Thermal Fan Clutch (2001-2007 Toyota and Lexus SUV 4.7L)

Easy to install when you follow basics. There really is no real outline how to install. I will say this.12 mm combo wrench 6 point. Not a 12 due to 12 grips corners 6 grips sides. Take off plastic above the fan shroud. Easy part. Loosen clutch fan bolts x4. 10 mm socket loosen and remove fan. Might have to remove rad overflow. and remove fan shroud bolts. However you do not need to remove shroud. Once fan removed I got it by taking all bolt off shroud and was able to loosen it and remove it. The old clutch fan is larger. Remove clutch fan by sneaking it under top rad hose. No need to remove hoses. Put on new clutch fan, tighten. Put on new fan or old fan, tighten. Put all stuff back on.Note took about 1 hour with cleanup. This part worked fine mpg went back to normal and rpm normal now. My old clutch fan was locked up. Nice that this v8 design sits on the outside of the shaft where you can replace it nicer and faster.

The quality seemed excellent and the delivery was quick, except that it didn't fit well on my 2006 Land Cruiser 100 series. The flange shaft is a bit longer and the bolt circle diameter are not same. The fan blades are almost hitting the radiator fins. I ended up returning it...

They send to me another fan clutch it's not The same product them show and the problem you only can compare when you take off your older one, after all work to replace that isn't the same but i.made a adapter to put it in.In Amazon website they said it's gonna fit perfectly.
