I bought this A/C kit to replace the Schrader valves on the A/C system in my 1999 Dodge Dakota with the 5.2L. The truck has a Santech compressor so I figured these would be of good quality. The kit had everything I needed to replace both the low pressure and high pressure valves. It also had the caps needed to protect those valves. You'll need a valve removal tool to swap out the low pressure side. The high pressure side includes the threaded housing and is removable with a standard box-end wrench.

This is a nice value set of valves. Be sure to check compatibility with your vehicle. I used these on a 2001 Jeep Cherokee XJ. I only needed a subset of the valves provided. They seem to work and hold up well.

Included all parts needed to replace my Dakota AC service port valves. I had to tighten the low port shrader valve a little more than I did at first, but it works well. I'm also not sure what size wrench works for the high side replacement.

Best deal I could find for this valve and cap kit. Almost half of what local parts stores wanted to charge.

My AC was losing refrigerant, and when I went to add more I noticed bubbling from my old valve. (Easiest leak finding EVER...) This set made replacing the leaking valve core easy, and there are extras just in case I ever need to do this again, or the high-pressure end one as well

Ordered to fit a1996 Jeep Grand Cherokee (ZJ) per application chart; however NONE of the components fits that application. Not worth the hassle of returning.Parts are genuine Santec & good quality, just don't fit.
