I've used many different kinds of tenderizers and by far I prefer this one due to Its quality of tenderizing, ease of use and cleaning..

I was skeptical when I first ordered this, I was surprised by how small and sharp the blades are (opposed to the pencil size needles) I used it on a freezed chicken breast that have been in the freezer for over 2 months (it should be very dry and fibery) I first gave it 10-15 punches with this bad boy then marinated it for 10 minutes, put it on the skillet with olive oil and bam, the chicken was cooked evenly and the breast was fine restaurant quality tender and delicious.

This is very effective so be careful that you don't over tenderise and remove all the texture. Product is easy to use but a bit of a fiddle to clean as to thoroughly do so means completely disassembling.
