I really love the size and shape of this bag. It’s super well thought out and it’s the perfect size. However, a few thing bothered me. First of all the color is off from the picture. Secondly, the material on the bag itself is not great. It feels like some sort of waxed canvas but cheap. I sold my Yeti M30 to buy this and was expecting something close to Yeti quality for this price but it’s just not. The bottom of the cooler feels like thin plastic. The zipper is clunky to zip open and when you do, the top of the bag is not insulated at all. I can’t imagine it will hold ice well. The design is great but the execution and materials need major improvement for this price. I returned it and bought the yeti m20 backpack. It’s more expensive but much better made and will last years. I had concerns about longevity on this one because of the poor materials.

This cooler is a perfect size for a car trip. The quality is amazing and it holds a substantial amount of drinks snd snacks!

Great cooler. Used it about a dozen times. I did not stress the zipper which looks very beefy. However, the zipper teeth became unzipped behind the zipper closer. I may be able to cut & remove the zipper & fix it with sewing thread & or a heat gun. Going to be a PITA.They should offer a warranty on a failed zipper, IMO. They only offer a 30 day return window. Period. It’s been 50 days so no love for me.I’d say, be very careful. Its not as strong as it looks — the zipper is the weak spot.I’ll rewrite this review w/ 5 stars if a repair / replacement is offered by Orca.

Good for keeping drinks cold

This bag has a ton of room very good product.. Keeps things cold. We use the Ariic Ice from the freezer which is also a very product.Expensive,but if it last a long long time will be money well spent.

Lightweight and keeps things cold for hours and hours. Love the pocket on the front for keys and info

Cooler looks great but the zipper only held up for 6 weeks. ORCA does not honor their warranty on their products unless purchased through them or an authorized retailer. If you are purchasing on Amazon, chances are, the retailer / dealer is not authorized. I'm a firefighter and can't be without a cooler. I will never buy another ORCA product.

Really disappointed to see that Orca made these in China. This is my third Orca cooler, I purchase them over Yetti as they’re very vocal about how their products are made here in the United States. I’ll be returning this and finding a company that stands by their values. The suits over there need to remember that ORCA stands for Outdoor Recreation Company of America. Maybe the name should be changed to ORCC
