I'm a teenager so I love doing my skin and hair care but I had been seeing videos of these on my for you page and decided to buy one. It came in the 2 days as always. It leaves your face so refreshed. So fast,so fun, and so easy. DEFINETLY RECCOMEND. ( I will be asking for tablets for christmas in my stocking)

I got this one for xmas present and my daughter just open it and wondering why she’s not using it and she said she doesn’t know.. then found out that there’s missing stuff like the mask and measuring cup.. can’t even return it cause she open it..

Updating my review due to operator error. My daughter blew through her capsules trying to get it to work. We even measured the water temp with a thermometer to be sure it is correct. Still didn't work. I go online to look at the product...it's Celsius. Voila, great facial masks now. So the beefs are: 1. Need better / more obvious instructions. 2. Nutrient Solution was missing from the box. 3. The face template is rather large for my teeny kid's head. It would be nice if they offered a 'smaller face' option. We like that the "mixer" is small. Just need a small mask template. Other than our hiccups, she loves it and uses it every week.-----Daughter elated to get this for Christmas. 1. ‘Nutrient solution’ was missing from box. 2. None of the masks have gelled up, even after waiting overnight. Bad pills? Need the nutrient solution? A real bummer.

My girl loved it. First attempt failed due to wrong temperature of water. After following instructions, it worked great!

Do not buy! This item is more like a little kid toy. Nothing worked as described.

I think this product is marketed as if it is intended for grown people, mostly women. I was pretty shocked when it arrived and looked like a toy. It's TINY! Those big letters I just typed are bigger than this thing! It's also made of a cheap plastic in white and pink colors. It just doesn't *look* like a serious beauty tool at all. And that's all right, as long as the buyer understands what they're buying. I didn't. That said, it's great for teens and tweens. It would be PERFECT for a slumber party! It's even battery-operated, making it super convenient and portable.This mask maker comes with 32 collagen packets that form the base of your mask. The ones I received have both a manufactured date and an expiration date, with about a year and a half in between. You add various fruits or vegetables, or even yogurt, to the collagen to achieve the effects you want. There are several simple 'recipes' included, with the benefits of each ingredient explained. Just add it with the collagen to the little machine and press the 'Start' button. It only takes a few minutes to whip up your mixture, then you pour it into the mask mold to let it set for about five minutes. Carefully pull it out of the mold and apply! As I mentioned, this would be really great for younger girls to use, and it's ideal for sleepovers. It could conceivably be incorporated into some learning experiences. I used to be involved with Girl Scouts, and I think that, not only would this be a hit with a group of girls, it could be part of a badge-earning activity. There is chemistry involved, after all, as well as an opportunity to learn how to follow a recipe. But I think grown-ups would feel a bit silly 'playing' with this machine.
