First, the item a requested a return and replacement on the hole didn’t line up with the head/arm rest and backing. While waiting on the return, the buttons started peeling off and are a choking hazard. Also, the teeny tiny thin nails holding the back on for my one year old to rest failed from her weight and left sharp nails exposed to my toddler’s back. The return item came in with the top piece that opens and closes cracked. I’m calling the company tomorrow.

We bought two of these chests for our 2 year old daughter. Shame on you Wildkins for having a cheap glue that CAN harm the REPRODUCTIVE system of our children!! Your customers!! How freaking dare you, that’s not ok and shame on you! Please be wary, that glue can hurt reproductive systems. As parents it’s our jobs to protect the reproduction system of our children, as well as the rest of their health. Unforgivable and I pray no children or families trying to make babies are hurt because of your cheapness!

I call myself a pro at putting things together so I knew it wasn’t going to be too bad, but this is not worth the money AT ALL. Some of the screws and holes did not line up and the wood is very cheap to if you screw it to tight it will split. Once put together it was not at all like the picture

Hinge was defective, had to remove it completely. Came with a wood glue that I threw because it was solid and unusable, plus the "Harm" warning. A piece of the side wood was loose and had exposed nails, had to use a rubber mallet to reconnect (i forgot to take a picture of that, sorry). Not worth purchasing, but it's too late to send it back. I honestly give it a 4 to 6 month life expectancy. It's for my niece. Probably just gonna use it for storage, don't trust it for her to use and sit on too much. Do not buy.

Very dissatisfied with this product. Doesn't look like the picture, it has cheap fabric cushions that you velcro on. They don't even look like a deep purple, they are a faint purple. Some of the cheap plastic was cracked already! Then to top it all off once we put it together the pieces didn't match. So my daughter can't sit on it. We took it apart and tried again multiple of times. I'm very upset about this product. If this was 50 bucks I'd understand. But 160?!. I will be making a phone call tomorrow.

I had the same issue as JC, the screws for the hinges come off during assembly, but my husband and I put some gorilla glue on it ands it works perfectly fine. The cushions are flat and not very comfortable, but our 4yo princess lives it. It looks great.

This toy box is cheap. We have owned it less than a year and the hinge broke and 2 of the dowels on the round side snapped in half . The cushion is thin and held on by velcro patches. When your child sits on it, the back pulls down. I am very unhappy with this purchase. NOT worth the money!!

This is not meant to hold a large amount of toys, so if that is the purpose you need it for, you need an actual toy chest. But this holds smaller items, looks cute in her room. Gave it only 3 stars because It came cracked on the bottom, but I didn't want to deal with returning so I just wood glued it.
