I was on the prowl for different incontinence pads. And I am in my 40’s so my body betrayed me! Like most people, I went to my local drug store to find incontinence pads. I was using Always pads - the pretty ones that look like black lace- and they caused a lot of irritation and discomfort in the southern area. I have sensitive skin. I also tried Poise and Tena, too. Didn’t help. So, I decided to check Amazon to see what’s out there and didn’t know that there were organic pads. I bought a few different brands to try out and these are my go to! They are comfortable, don’t bunch up like some of the others, at least not as bad, and keep me dry. I also noticed NO irritation at all!!The pads have this grey colored rectangle in them. Maybe a different material to absorb faster? Whatever it is, like I have mentioned, I stay dry.They don’t seem to stick very well to cotton underwear (that’s all I wear), so I have to adjust it when “visiting” the powder room each time. They need to improve the adhesive, but not a big deal. The fact that they absorb so well, and I tend to stay dry, is of importance.I purchased the high absorbency ones, which is thick and quite long, so it provides full coverage for sure. At least for me. And I will share that I am on the heavy side. I gained rapid weight due to being immobile from bulging, herniated discs in lower back with severe spinal stenosis. The pain was so bad that I couldn’t even walk. So making it to the bathroom would be a hit or miss and that’s where these pads became helpful.I highly recommend these pads for anyone. No irritation. Comfortable. Stay dry. And.. organic cotton on top of that!!

I love everything about these pads however i wish the price were just a little lower or that they offer a bulk option. Very highly absorbent and very soft and comfortable. Absorbed over 5-6 cups of urine without leaking at all or feeling soggy. It kept the top layer dryer than other brands i’ve used and i really appreciate that.

My problem is the that I tend to be really ready to pee when I wake up due to my medicine. I end up peeing as I sit up and get up frequently. 3 out of the 3 times that this has happened while I was wearing one of these pads, I've ended up with pee on my clothes. I was looking for an alternative to Poise overnight that didn't irritate my skin. This is not it. I'd rather upset my skin than walk down the hall and be seen with pee on my pants. At least, Poise actually keeps me clean. Doubling up on these pads would get expensive quickly.

Too expensive for mybudget

I have MS and had been using pads from the grocery with a cotton topping. I had a severe allergic reaction to them. Redness, itching, bleeding skin, and a yeast infection for 3 months and 2 visits to urologist and ObGyn. I was prescribed creams, fungus powder, and pills. They helped, then I remembered being told pure cotton was the best kind of protection. I bought these NannoDry cotton pads. They’re comfortable and work great !!!
