Very good quality, with the different color of the case it’s almost like you have two cushions!

Very comfortable, so far pretty durable and definitely relieves pain if you ever have had lower lumbar/back issues.

Just started meditating it awesome all by itself. For me I don’t need anything else.

It's a pretty good cushion. It starts to feel like a hard floor on your butt/lower back during long sittings though (30 min+). It came nice and full of the buck wheat. Thought about removing some and adding a little cotton in it's place for more cushioning. Like the portability of it and that it comes with two covers, one soft/plush and one more like burlap/canvas. It's also very pretty.

Provides hip pain relief, I am able to sit and easy pose now in yoga class.

I was hoping it would relieve my back pain while meditating but I had no such luck, my bottom however is very grateful :)

I have a back/spinal injury and can't sit on any chair or lay down without my leg going dead and crazy pain. I can sit on this comfortably. Nice height and the buckwheat molds nicely to put your spine in proper position. Not too heavy to easily carry to other rooms. Beautiful quality covers. Will be nice to have the beige if I want to switch out the grey. Very impressed for the $50 range. Delivery was unknown when ordered, but showed up to my door less than a week later

I love everything about it. I sit on the floor at work. I don't slouch at all sitting on it. I love the velvet cover and the extra memory foam pad to help keep its shape.
