My dogs were very comfortable having the ear cleaner put in their ears and as per instructions I massaged the ears with a cotton ball. They really liked it, and it did a very good job cleaning their ears. Very simple to use. Very reasonably priced. The smell is pleasant. Best and most noticeable to me, throughout the process and even when finished my dogs didn't start shaking their heads all over the place like with other products. They seemed like it was comforting. Amazed it actually works. Don’t know that it’s any cheaper than prescribed products, but it worked & saved me additional cost of vet visit. Terrier dog’s ears were both infected, one was really bad. Was amazed at how quickly it cleared infection up. 1st time used, it did come back, but I think that was because it wasn’t used long enough and person using it stopped to soon when it looked so good.Second time now, we are going to use for time recommended & follow up with more frequent spot checks & regular cleanings with this & a little mineral oil.I was very skeptical but chose this because of the turmeric in it which I know is good for inflammation & I put in the dogs meals to help their arthritis. I hoped a more natural based product would be sufficient.I was able to use bottle easily and I have arthritis in my Hans as well as tendinitis in my wrists but had no problems squeezing the bottle. Like that the cap is built in and closes by rotating the cap which can be done easily with one finger while holding bottle in same hand (& I’m little too, 5’1”, 105 lbs so hands are small).My dog has shaken some out of his ears onto my clothes, he’s squirrel y & hard for 1 person to hold him & do at same time, so it’s gotten on my clothes but not stained them, which is great as turmeric is used as a natural fabric dye for yellow. Don’t know how much turmeric is actually in this but it doesn’t show up in product.I would prefer the price wasn’t so expensive was @$18-20 but I decided that was better than spending 10 & putting a harsh chemical that could cause him discomfort. He’s already miserable enough with the infection, so I didn’t want to add to his misery & he has sensitive skin & ordering on a Fri night got it faster than a vet visit anyway.I would recommend this product to my friend & will mention my positive experience with it whenever talking to dog humans. I always like to tell people about products I find that I love & those that did not work. I’m happy to say good things about this.Not sure if I took any before pics, will have to look on another device later & if find will add in future.

I love the smell and ease of use. Works good what more is needed. I recommend this to anyone who has dog with ear issues.

I am so happy I tried these ear drops. My dogs ears have been so red and itchy for the last month. After putting the drops in his ears just two times they are all better. Which I would have bought this sooner! Its a miracle product and best of all it has all clean ingredients!

The bottle was leaking in the packing so I only have half of the solution left. The day of delivery had an outside temperature of over a 100 degrees so that may have been the issue.The product improved my pup’s ears.AND this seller made it right on the shipping misfortune so I highly recommend seeking this seller and product for your babies.

I used this product and while it took away some smell this item IS NOT for ear infections! I now have to make a trip to the vet to get proper medication for her ear as this product made it worse. This product is also not refundable so I am paying more than having just took her to the vet.

Changed my review due to excellent customer service.I received a full refund for the product.Much appreciated!Was hoping for a good product for my chocolate lab girl , her ears stay dirty.This product stinks something awful.I would not dare put it in her ears just based on the smell alone.Be careful purchasing because this company does not allow returns.So I’m out $19.00. Very disappointed.
