When I opened the package the first thing I noticed was it WAS NOT SAFETLY SEALED. In the product pictures there is clearly a 'tamper evident safety seal', mine didn't even have the pull off paper under the shaker top, just a loose tin lid and the jar of cinnamon itself. Now that that part is out of the way, the cinnmon smells AMAZING! I'm not sure yet if I'll use it or not, I don't know who or what has been in the jar since it has no seal.

I don't script on quality so the bane of my existence has always been finding seasonings that are up to snuff... often times granulated garlics are stale, too powdery, flavorless or full of sawdust like filler. This brand came in sturdy glass bottles capped with an elegant brushed chrome lid, I didn't care much about the fact that they're "certified organic" I'm not that anal retention however I was impressed with the fact that upon breaking the white seal of freshness I was overpowered with the heady hit of pungent and aromatic GARLIC! This is it! Unless my other imported favorites get cheaper... this is gonna be the one I buy from here on out.

This curry is wonderful. It's fragrant, delicious and not hot. I like it with black beans and rice when I am serving plantains on the side. Spice Lab packaged it very nicely with a small wooden spoon so I can be more efficient about dumping the curry into the black beans and included a small sample of black salt. The latter is interesting and I am pondering options for black salt.

I love this garlic. My mother has celiac disease and I'm very happy that I can find something that tastes amazing and is gluten free. This company is wonderful and easy to work with and I try to buy all my spices and seasonings from them.

This is pretty good cinnamon. I bought 3 different kinds. And I think this was my 2nd best. The Vietnamese Cinnamon being my favorite. It had a stronger and sweeter taste.

This product is very good but gluten free does not appear on the label even though it is advertised as gluten-free. Consequently my daughter with celiac won’t eat it. Is there a possibility of cross contamination and is that why it isn’t labeled gluten free?
