I have long layered hair to my lower back average thickness. I tend to prefer the metal clips because they stay in my hair better and they don’t break as much. I really liked to of the middle size metal clips All of the metal clips can get stuck in your hair pretty easily so beware of that. The plastic ones are very large so they’re good for thick and long hair. The Embellished ones are may be a little over the top and can be used for formal affairs I wouldn’t use them for every day.
