**UPDATE** I've been using it every day for almost 8 months and it has pilled up quite a bit. Fortunately, its not that noticeable under normal use. The level of comfort remains about the same and it has held up nicely otherwise. I got one of those cheap handheld battery operated pill removers which made it look and feel almost like new again. I still recommend this product.It is very lightweight and is roughly equivalent in weight to 2 bed sheets. The blanket is actually made up of 2 different fabrics that is stitched together at the edges.I love the cool side of the blanket. It glides off the skin almost like silk and is very cool to the touch. It feels similar to the fabric found on an Under Armour running shirt. In fact, my Dad has an Under Armour shirt and the fabric looks and feels just about identical to each other (same color and pattern). Maybe that's why it feels so cool and is able to wick away moisture. If i had it my way, i would want my entire mattress sheets to be made of this material, but this is not something i've been able to find. However, they do make pillowcases out of this material.I also tried the other side which feels good but does not cool as well, which is why it is advertised as the warming side. The warming side has a traditional cotton feel, much like on a quality t-shirt. I don't use this side nearly as much but i do appreciate the sleeping-in-your-favorite-t-shirt vibe that it gives.Overall, I think this is a great cooling blanket. I generally prefer heavier blankets, but when it gets too warm in the summer, I don't really have a choice but to use a lightweight blanket, and so this fits my needs quite well. Even though its pretty light for a blanket, its pliable enough that it conforms to your body very well, giving you subtle hugging feeling. This is unlike what you would get if you were to simply use a bed sheet as a blanket, which is doesn't conform as well and instead floats on top of you.However, there are 2 things i can think of that would make it better: 1) having more vivid color options and solid colors instead of the speckled/stripe look and 2) having both sides being made of the same cooling fabric. I find it slightly inconvenient that i have to check what side is what before using it. In the dark, it's not visually obvious which side is which. And sometimes when i toss and turn during my sleep, the warming side touches my body which i try to avoid.

This blanket got me through the hurricane Without air conditioning. It’s durable. It’s lightweight, comfortable, and breathable. If you’re hot natured, this is the blanket for you. It actually makes you cold. Very durable. The fit is as described. I will definitely be purchasing more.

I have been a hot sleeper for a very long time. Sweating at night was horrible waking up drenched most nights.No more!! This blanket is fantastic!! It keeps my body nice and cool I sleep all night. No sweating it is a total lifesaver. I am so happy I found this. I will say it's a little chilly crawling into bed at night. But it's something I can get use to in order to have refreshing sweat free sleep.

I haven't done a review in a while but I felt this deserves one. I was spending my nights sweating under my blanket or unhappy with my sheet. I am sensory sensitive and do NOT like sheets.I LOVE this blanket. It has some weight to it like a blanket. It is compact enough to travel with. It is well made and I am NO LONGER HOT AT NIGHT. The material has nylon in it so it feels satiny, smooth, and cool. I can absolutely feel the difference between the cooling side and the opposite side. The stitching is well done.It is air dry only. I put it in the dryer on extra low heat, threw in some dry towels, and let it tumble for An hour and a half. Worked like a charm.

I was looking for a lightweight throw for warm weather when I discovered this amazing cooling throw. No matter how cold the weather is, I tend to sleep hot and this material helps so much to stay comfortable. The cooling side of the throw offers true relief from both warm weather and hot flashes. I would love a nightgown made of this fabric!

This blanket is AMAZING! I am a hot natured person and sleeper, also in the beginning of “the change”, I also take steroids daily for an autoimmune disease. The steroids keep me hot and the autoimmune disease makes the heat nearly impossible to tolerate. I woke up last night, hair wet from sweating, grabbed this and immediately was cooling down. I am beyond thrilled with this blanket.You know how when you put a blanket over you and it might feel cool for a few minutes but then you have to fling it back off? Not with this! It just stays cool! I live in Florida, enough said about the heat and humidity, ammiright?! I use this to keep cool during the day while I’m not running my AC on 68-72.We only bought a twin sized one to try incase it didn’t work. My husband will be buying his own now LOL I would love to have a King Sized one for our bed and use the smaller one just for my chair in the living room.

I have spent the vast majority of my life living in cold climates. For the last four years I have lived in the desert in Southern California. We have had temperatures as high às one hundred and fourteen degrees on several times and have triple digits for a week or more several times. Last night the low was seventy four degrees. I can’t believe how dense and heavy it is but it certainly works. It makes sleeping much easier than just sleeping without blankets or a top sheet. I wish I had found it sooner

It’s not a miracle blanket but it is comfortable. It’s pretty much a cross between a sheet and a thin blanket. I like it for the summer when it’s too hot out to sleep with a comforter.

Perfecta si necesitas taparte para dormir pero quieres algo que no te acalore, en un lugar muy cálido podría no refrescar.
