Repeat Titles
Started off great and I received some really great titles for about 1.5 years. Then, they tried to send me the same album 3 times in 6 month span. I had to cancel. You would think they would have a way to see the titles you reject and avoid sending them later.

Almost great
PROS: Amazon has a great selection of records and pressings. Every album was high quality. It's nice to get something unexpected in the mail. The subscription can be a good deal if you're getting double LPs. This doesn't happen every month.Aretha Franklin, Pink Floyd, Fleetwood Mac, Beach Boys, CCR, Al Green, Joni Mitchell, Rolling StonesCONS: You can't tell what album will be mailed until it's on the way. Your can return them but it would be nice to be able to reject mailings before they ship. The LPs aren't always a good deal for the money.Nancy Sinatra, Jimi Hendrix (only because it was on sale cheaper the next week)

Good idea but...
I've subscribed for over a year and have sent most titles back. If you have a large collection of popular vinyl many of the selections you will likely already have. Lately they keep selecting Joni Mitchell and Aretha records for me, which is fine, but not that exciting. One great thing is I got Pink Floyd's The Wall, which I didn't have and The Clash's London Calling, which my copy is old and well loved so a new one to play was nice, for 24.99. If you looked up these records on Amazon they were both going for well over $30 at the time so it was a bargin on both.

A fantastic way to build your collection
I've been a member for nearly two years, and I've been very satisfied with the program. The music selection may not be for everyone, especially those with discerning tastes. I listen to a broad range of music, so this is perfect for me. Each album is high quality and it's easy to skip a shipment or return an unwanted title. Could you save a dollar or two buying some of these, sure, but if that's your worry, this program isn't for you.

No real point in getting this
I had the subscription for about a year and only kept I think 3 records. Most of the records sent are normally $25-30 so there is no real point in Amazon picking which record you get this month for a slight discount. The records I remember them sending were: The Wall, Exile on Main Street, Dark Side of the Moon, Tusk, CCR Greatest Hits, Boots by Nancy Sinatra, London Calling, and I don’t remember the rest since I skipped several boxes. But I would not recommend signing up. You can of course return unwanted selections which is why I kept it for so long but it’s been months since I kept one.

probably hard to please everyone
I got two albums and the second one was Nancy Sinatra not my cup of tea and overpriced, I actually saw it on Amazon quite a bit cheaper. I returned it and cancelled my subscription.

Good membership program, but there is a need for the ability to skip content that you already own.
I love the subscription, but when I skipped a month because I already owned the title being delivered to me, it was sent the next month. I haven't figured out how to inform Amazon that I already have the title and don't wish to receive the duplicate. And that I would like the next selection instead.

OK, So Far
I signed up for this service several months ago but have only received one album (Joni Mitchell). I already had some of the selections and one I absolutely did not want so this really is a mixed review. I will stay with it awhile longer and see how it works out. The good news is, is that you can cancel an upcoming album if you don’t want it once you’re notified that it’s being prepared. The bad news is, you don’t have much time to do this because sometimes you don’t receive notification until it ships. Amazon needs to do a better job of notifying of upcoming albums.

First Delivery
Off to an excellent start with Creedence Clearwater Revival. Double album to boot. Bought the subscription for my daughter, so really looking forward to getting her a great variety of albums.

Great Idea But needs Some Work
I just received my November selection Led Zeppelin II. The item in My Orders shows the color vinyl edition. I received an import version (which isn’t all bad by the way) but it’s not color vinyl which I was looking forward to. A few months back I received Fleetwood Mac Tusk which was also an import I wasn’t expecting. Sometimes it works in my favor but I’m definitely not getting what I’m expecting. Excellent value though. The membership saves a good amount in the long run.

So far so good.
So far I got Rolling Stones, Creedence Clearwater Revival, Nancy sinatra, The Who. You can just return the album if you don't like it. It's a fun grab bag and now I have some albums I wouldn't have even thought to pick up but I enjoy them for the price.

No options or preferences
I’m not sure what I was expecting. My first vinyl was folk music, a genre I care nothing about. I was open to the idea of building my collection until I realized my preferences maybe a small percentage of what was considered the greats. The fact that it could be 6 months before something I actually liked was sent to me was not cool. I canceled immediately.

choice selection
The first 3 records were awesome but I have not kept a record since April. The choices have not been great at all and I don't know who curates the records for this subscription but they should be fired and if its a computer please unplug it now!! All the great albums you have to choose from in that era and this is the crap you pick. Another thing is that there is no preview of the upcoming record so we can decide early is we want to keep it or skip it.
