Update: I just wanted to mention that the smoke has stained the surface around the fountain (I used the coaster but the smoke goes beyond the coaster's range). In transparency, I used 2 types of incense - the one that came with the fountain and another one that I bought elsewhere so I am not sure which one stained it. I still like it and for me, it's not a big deal, since I had a closet lining on that surface, but I thought I'd mention it in case this matters to you, so you can protect your surface.It is small and lovely and workes perfectly with the cones that were included. It is so meditative to look at while the smoke flows down. I appreciate all the included extras and the special tweezers that make it easier to light the cones are a great touch. It came boxed nicely and will make a great gift so I am going to order more for gifts.

Perfect gift size and is adorable. I love it a lot. The scents aren’t really the best but I totally believe I got my money’s worth. But just a reminder. The fountain will not work correctly if you have a fan on or some type of air conditioning. I bought this specifically for the fall and winter weather. I love cold air and incense so I bought it to use in weather that I can have my windows open in. But it’s super cute. I would totally recommend this.

It's so cute! Smaller than I expected, but it looks awesome when the smoke flows down. Smells good too, not as fragrent as an actually intense stick.

Does exactly what I wanted it to do which was to bring calmness. Looks beautiful on my nightstand as it calms me after a long day. The smoke flows like a waterfall towards the bottom. Great price especially since it's a small structure. Be careful as to not drop it or it may get chipped.

Any air movement and the 'smoke' wanders a bit, bit if you sit and watch it it's very relaxing and fun to see the way the smoke pools. Incense cones burn pretty fast. Don't flake everywhere though. They don't label the incense scents so that is disappointing but the smell isn't overwhelming.

I was so excited to be able to finally afford a backflow incense burner for my deity alter. Sadly...I feel a massive let down.It's SUPER small. The cones burn too quick and trying to align the holes is a challenge. Plus....they smell. Bad. Like....I had to burn a different incense stick I had already AND light scented candles to cleanse the air.And I don't think it's worth the hassel of going back and returning the item as I'll be left to pay for that shipping cost.I suggest looking elsewhere for a burner, this one isn't it.

I love this! It looks sleek and nice. When ur burning a cone and the smoke is rolling down the steps it looks really cool.

Do not purchase!! The scent smells like hardwood, and has no scent to it. The look is nice and its cool at first, but the smell is so gross that I would say this product is a waste of money.

Attractive little ceramic burner but the cones are terrible, they give the pretty waterfall effect with the smoke but smell terrible just like a bonfire, So glad didn’t buy this as a gift
