This is not dutch processed, which intensifies chocolate taste, but is also less healthy, much milder than cocoa. So far it's pleasant, though I use a lot more than cocoa for my morning bevvie. I think I will try Navitas brand to compare if I like better, think it has a different flavor, but is also much more expensive. Seems to be good product and company.

You can add sugar if you want to!

I love this cacao powder. I use it in my protein drinks and it satisfies my chocolate craving and saves me from making bad snack choices. I also use it in different sugar-free or low sugar desserts. It's perfect!

I gave up coffee 3 years ago and I have always loved trying different alternatives for energy boosts. This cacao powder makes work so much more tolerable Especially with some coworkers you don't like you just be smiling and you know it's the cacao working lol

I been buying your cacao powder for years. I have tried other brands and keep coming back to yours until this last bag. I put cacao in my coffee every morning and last week I couldnt figure out why my coffee was tasting like dirt. Finally I realized I was using a new bag of your cacao. I looked at the back and the nutritional content is different. You removed the small amount of fat and whatever else you did and it tastes awful. I even tried adding some cocoa butter to it. It's just not good. I have some of the last bag at work and today I made some coffee with it. Back to normal. Can you please put it back the way it was? I really dont want to switch. I like your company and use lots of your products. I just want my daily cocoa back.Oh, theres something I like to do with your cacao. I like to spoon it into boiling water and watch it melt and swirl itself into the water. I actually videotaped it last year because I thought it was fascinating. It just keeps swirling and swirling as it cools. Well I tried it a couple times with this new cacao bag to see and it doesnt do it anymore. Just looks like muddy water.Please put it back the way it was.Signed a big fanI wish I could return this and get my money back, but for some reason it's not returnable.

I used in several recipes and would highly recommend for that great chocolate flavour without the added sugar
