We saw a sofa bed very similar to this at Costco, when we went back to purchase it they were sold out; everywhere. We decided to look here on Amazon and found this piece which fit our space and offerd the same options as the original piece from Costco.When it arrived we were evry happy, not only was the quality just as good as the piece from Costco, we saved over $100.00 . If you are looking for a nice piece for an extra bedroom or for a large kids room for friends, this is perfect. It's not the nicest piece of furniture in the world but for what it costs (Delivered), the value is great! A great piece to use and use and not have to worry about it getting a little scratch, etc. It has held up well and performs exactly as we wanted it to.We highly recommend this piece, if you are thinking about it, do it!

For what I needed this for, a side sofa with an option for a guest to sleep on in my home office, this works great. The cost vs quality is in line with what I was expecting. It’s a well built, very easy to put together futon/sofa that feels good. Nothing great about it, but for what I paid for it, I really couldn’t ask for a better complete package.If you don’t want to spend 2-3 times as much for something similar, this will do easily.

Very nice futon. I love the adjustable side arms. It has several positions. When arm is level with the seat itself, I don't feel the mechanism inside. The height is perfect. Such a pretty color. The only pieces you need to assemble are the foot pedestals. Maybe 10 min to do this. Highly recommend. I guess I would give it a 9 out of 10 for comfort. It's not like sitting on a leather couch. I think the comfort level is a matter of someones individual opinion on what they like.

There were no instructions in the box. I called the manufacturer and a very nice man named Eric emailed the to me right away. They were not very helpful. the design of the legs makes it very difficult to get the bolts and screw installed. I read somewhere that it should only take 10 minutes to assemble but probably add an hour to that. The unit looks nice and is solid. If not for the assembly issues, I would have given the unit 4 starts overall.

Comfortable but there weren't any predrilled holes for the smaller screws. So I put them in the secret area and been chilling. I need to know what to do with the additional screws that have no place to insert.

We bought this futon for the upstairs bedroom for my daughter and granddaughter to sleep on. It is very nice looking and they say it’s comfortable. A full size fitted sheet fits okay (a little big). We had to flatten it out to get it upstairs because our staircase winds. I think it is a good value and it is sharp looking in the room. The delivery guy was great!

It's better than I expected!! I've actually fell asleep on it several times already! Very well crafted!! Absolutely love it!! It's not cheaply made and the price is surprisingly low for the high quality you get!!

the sofa bed i bought is rather easy to assemble (however, it took some time to locate the bag with the pre-assembled parts) and it is very comfortable to sleep or have a nap. Also it is light in weight and easy to handle in my small apartment. Looks great in dark grey color or with a red plaid cover over.
