This is an amazing fan for its size. It was recommended by a friend . The solar and rechargeable features is the best. Very portable and long lasting on a single charge.

I've had this guy turned on since I took it out of the box and it has yet to die on me! The construction is sturdy and it blows a lot of air. 12 speeds which is convenient, the panel keeps it topped and fully charged. The wire for the solar panel that plugs into the back of the fan has a cover cap with threads however, there's nothing to "screw" into? Design gaff? Overall so far so good.

I ordered the 14” fan for a softball tournament out of town. I got it the day before we left. I charged the night before we left and nothing. Would not hold a charge but would work plugged in. So I contacted Amazon because you can’t contact seller. They worked out an exchanges to be shipped to my hotel. I just received it and it doesn’t even turn on. I tried both outlet plugs and nothing. So I opened it to make sure the battery was plugged in and it was. So I swapped it with the battery from the original fan and nothing. But then I put the new fans battery into the original fan and it works. So if you want to have to buy multiple fans to Frankenstein then to work then this is the fan for you. We will see how long it will work and if the solar panel even works. What a pain to deal with for a kinda expensive fan. Would not recommend. Also fan does not charge phone this thing just keeps losing.

Solar panel works in partial shade. Fan runs for hours on a day's charge. Fan is metal and heavy duty.

The fan is working great it keeps a nice charge and might I say it is very attractive

I was/am excited about this fan. The jury is still with a few issues.Pros:It moves air and you can move it inside or out without a cord to manipulate.It’s very lightweight and not noisy.Cons:We tried to use it last night with it plugged in. It was about an hour later an we felt the plug. It was hot, so hot it was uncomfortable to touch.We unplugged it and decided/hoped the battery would last the night since it was fully charged. That was at 10 pm and at 2:00 am it was dead. We aren’t sure when it shut off.Today I took it outside to charge with the solar panel. I can’t get the wing nuts to tighten enough to allow the panel to stand.I was able to charge the fan but the panel really needs to be able to safely stand.So far the fan has been running for 2.5 hours and the battery indicator shows that it is fully charged.We’ll see.Edit. Apparently, at the highest speed it only worked for 3.5 hours.I’m not sure that this fan is worth the cost if you only get 3+ hours of run time per charge.
