Very good bait casting/ spinning Rod I bought 2 & Paired them with Piscifun Chaos Xs50's....Cast like a Dream...using it for both freshwater and Saltwater.

not only did I receive this item late. but I also only got the bottom half of the pole sent to me. it was late by 1 week. wouldn't recommend this item.

The good, the bad, and the ugly stick.
I gotta say Ugly Stick, your rod would have 5 stars if it weren't shipped in just a little plastic bag to protect it, nonetheless MINE wasn't damaged like many others. That being said this rod is excellent. It's durability was immediately tested on my first cast when my inexperience with surf rods showed through and I swung straight through to the guard rail. Lol Not a scratch! 2nd cast went 60 yards right where I wanted it so that wasn't so bad either. Next thing you know I have this 20 lbs blue slugger. I imagine I can cast way further with practice. Ugly Stick; Lemme see a review where you start boxing your poles and I'll change my review to 5 stars. I ordered another one. I love the pole.

verry good pole
they accidently sent the top half of the pole no bottom half, sent me a new one at no charge so i got a spare top for free.

Excellent rod.
Excellent rod with just a slight tip flex.Just perfect action. Would buy again. Probably won't have to since these rods are almost indestructible.
