Cheap handle, blunt bits; not at all usable
I'd bought a very similar pin vise a couple of years earlier--an inexpensive Chinese very similar to this--that worked fine, and I assumed that this would be identical. Unfortunately, it's not. The tool doesn't rotate smoothly in your hand, and the drill bits are dull, and skip around the surface, even when attempting to drill polystyrene plastic models, with a pilot hole.Since the quality of no-name Chinese products varies wildly, I'd recommend spending a few dollars more to buy a tool from a brand that you recognize and trust. My first cheap Chinese pin vise was fine--not great, but fine--but this second one was a total waste of money.
