Handle snapped off after a week.
Looks great but handle snapped off after a week spilling hot coffee all over me.

Poor quality
Bought this as a present and the handle kept coming loose then fell off altogether. Very disappointed especially as no refund available.

Bad Design on the Handle
My girlfriend bought me this mug. Initially I loved it, however the handle made it difficult to hold, then after a couple of weeks the wooden handle actually came loose and would easily come off. One day, I was carrying it by the handle and it came off and smashed on the floor. Thankfully there was no drink inside. I like it but poorly made.
