Good for bikes and scooters
I bought this for my daughters bike she loves it. Makes lots of different sound and you can use the right side button to use the sound multiple times without going through them all again. Light is bright and has 3 setting flash, quick flash and just on.

Great noise maker and multi-rhythm light.
We didn’t actually know there was a volume control on this sound machine. The sound was set at a medium level that my little boy could hear, but his elderly neighbors could not hear. I thought it was set at a perfect level, so I didn’t look for a volume control. We liked the many different sounds the machine made, and the multiple settings for the flashing lights.
