Great product. Recieved and setup without a problem. Wifi stopped working within 24 hrs. Contacted directly and a new dongle received within 48 hrs and now working. Son very happy

bought before Christmas for my son who likes to play games and what can I say it's a good computer for the money 💸 after 2 weeks it was the first update and works smoothly without any problems

had a rocky start with gaming pc had to return It 3 times because of pc crashing and blue screening vibox great company that care about their customers had the pc collected the next day each time dpd were great also . the third time the pc crashed again so I had a look on YouTube some people play with side panel off as it was getting too hot so I did that and the pc didn't crash like it usually would it had dropped by 10-15 degrees so that must of been the issue.so i invested in a water cooler for CPU and it has sorted my issue of hopefully it stays this way but it looks positive as it would crash every half hour I noticed why it did that was because the heat would go around 85degrees with out water cooler with it is around 50 ish whilst gaming and idle is 35-40 degrees so it seemed that that was the issue so glad it is working hopefully it keeps like this if your having the same issue do what i did keep the side panel off or get a water cooler one i got was golden field sf120 rgb liquid CPU cooler. seemed to solve my issue hope it does you . will keep update if any failures19/05 /2021 still working seems the issue is fix very happy if anyone has had similar issues blue screens or crashing like I did I recommend getting a water cooler seems the CPU was over heatingAlso bought rtx 2060 bundle for a friend he loves it all round good pc just haven't got the free game with it this time not sure if I was supposed too

This was a Xmas present bought for my granddaughter, on Xmas day she was in tears when it didnt work, it would not load up and just kept crashing, i didn't except much on xmas day or boxing day but the Friday a new one should of been on the way, i even offered to pay for another to speed it up as she had still not had her xmas present, but the best they could offer was a week, not good enough, i ordered another PC from someone else and it was delivered next day and i have to say a lot better quality which she is now very happy,i retuned the complete thing for a full refund, for me this unit was not tested before it left their workshop, this would of been picked up and all could of been avoided, their writeup and website look great but poor quality units and customer service, will not be using them again

Arrived quickly, so far its all been good apart from when i press the p on the keyboard it comes out as ;p everytime and the mouse completly died and ceased to work after a few hours but apart from that i am happy so far, not bad for a bundle tbh
