These chunky white floating shelves look great and are super easy to put up.Each shelf is well made and the simple modern design is perfect for any room.The shelves are quite thick, so they do make a statement on the wall.They are the perfect size for keeping small ornaments or beauty accessories on them and once fitted on the wall they feel strong and secure.Great quality and good value for money.Highly recommended

I was pleased to try these 'Eitida Floating Shelves Wall Mounted Set of 2, Beautiful Rustic Torched Wood -16.5 inch Ledge to Storage Organize and Display for Bedroom, Living Room, Bathroom, Kitchen, Office etc - Farmhouse White'.1. You get two 16.5” W x 6” D x 2.5" H white finished floating shelves, along with a template, instructions and fittings.2. The finish of the shelves is poor. It looks as if they are made out of embossed mdf, or the like, to enable you to see the 'grain'. This has been painted with a fairly matt white paint but on mine you can still see the base surface beige colour through the paint - there is also a couple of nasty 'dings' on the edges/corners.3. They are quite lightweight for the size of the shelf but are extremely chunky looking. I was going to put them up in our cloakroom but offering them up to the wall, I could see that they would overwhelm the small room with their chunkiness. Admittedly, I did not realize the thickness of them, when I ordered them - I was expecting them to be half the thickness. I will have to find another place in the house for them and probably give them a repaint, to cover the damage. It is a pity, as I had bought a couple of trailing plants etc., to sit on them to enliven the cloakroom.4. The instructions are poor. You get four plasterboard rawl plugs but we have solid walls. My husband sourced himself some 8mm round headed brass screws and corresponding sized rawl plugs for solid walls. They fitted into the rear key hole slots fine and were stronger than the screws that came with the shelves. This was before I had tried the shelves up against the wall and decided they did not look right there. My poor husband hates DIY at the best of times but at least he will be all sorted for when I find the right place to fit them.5. The current price of £25.99 is expensive, in my opinion, for the quality and damage of the pair that I received.

I have them in the hall way with some artificial trailing green ivy. As I'm not going to kill that and it's going to look green all year round. Eitida Floating Shelves Wall Mounted Set of 2, Beautiful Rustic Torched Wood -16.5 inch Ledge to Storage Organize and Display for Bedroom, Living Room, Bathroom, Kitchen, Office etc - Farmhouse White.I recieved these in a set of 2, they are white in colour and each shelf measures in at 16.5 inch wide, 6 inch diameter and 2.5 inch height.They come with everything you need to install which consists of wall mounting screws, anchors and installation instructions.My husband installed these for us in our front room, we have a big mirror in the the middle of the main back wall and with a shelf either side of it has just finished it off as we decorated earlier in the year and was undecided what to put there..... So that that sorted!I have placed a candle on each one and a succulent plant.It looks very good.Hubby says "installation was pretty easy, the hardest part is making sure to get them level and even both sides of the mirror"I live these shelves, I think it's the chunkiness that I love as it makes them look like premium shelves.I also like the woodgrain effect.I like floating shelves as there's no screws or anything like that to be seen, very tidy looking.I can reccomend these and I'm considering buying another set for my bedroom in the gray colour as I like them so much.The price is reasonable too!

A lovely pair of shelves. Chunky in design, white washed wood. No assembly of the shelves themselves are required. Everything comes well packaged. Each shelf is wrapped in bubble wrap so they don't get scratched or damaged. You get 2 bags containing an instruction leaflet, marking template, 2 screws and 2 wall plugs in each. The shelves are of a good size 16.5 inches in length, 2.5 inches in height and 6 inches in depth. They look and feel of good quality and are quite sturdy. No rough or unfinished parts or edges. They are "floating" so none of the mounting fixtures are on show. They are easy to hang and fit to the wall, just hooking into place. It took a matter of minutes to do. They feel quite strong and can hold a good amount when put up correctly. Really pleased with them. No issues or defects. Would suit most rooms. Strong and durable, they feel built to last.
