I like my barrel BUT why on earth didn’t you pre-installed the faucets, and why did you choose plastic for the bottom faucet….. my barrel sits out doors like everyone else, by the end of the first day the plastic handles had been chewed off by squirrels. The brass faucet doesn’t have room to turn and the bottom plastic handles are gone.

This rain barrel is awesome and functions really well, but pretty much is overflowing after one rainstorm, so I would just bite the bullet and get the bigger size

Cheap attachments that break quite easily. It’s a waste. I would have done better with a plain barrel. Expensive for what it is.

This is the perfect rain barrel for my purposes. It works beautifully and it is even attractive. I drilled multiple small holes with n the area where you are supposed to put a plant so it can catch more water off my roof.

I bought mine in the Gardeners Supply store. It works as advertised however I do not know why on earth they thought putting a recessed area in front at the same level as the collection area was a good idea. Water overwhelms the top of this when it rains hard and drowns or floats out anything that is inside. Also I believe the little plastic spigot at the bottom will break after some use. I bought this only to use for my houseplants so I don’t go through it fast enough to keep up. It is attractive though and I’m glad I have something rather than buying gallons of distilled water every week!

Their are drilled holes where there should not be drilled holes. When removed from the mold during processing, little time was taken to clean up he excess plastic.
