This item did not work from the beginning. The warmer did not work. Do not buy. Waste of time and money.

Horrible piece of equipment it took too much chocolate and still didn’t work. Unfortunately my event was pass the 30 day return policy. Never will I ever buy this again

I ordered this product for my wedding and when I tried to use it, it would not even turn on. Complete waste of money

I receive a used and loud dented chocolate fountain. I looked used and like the seller washed it and wiped it clean. It is loud and noisy. I was obviously a broken faulty item.

this product definitely ruined my event! it didn't work, I ordered 3 and the 3 broke down during the event.

Clogged whole time

We tried to use these for our wedding but they would not keep the cheese running through we had to removed them from the table before anyone ever made it to the reception. Our staff said they did not run cheese through properly at all. Huge waste of money for something that was supposed to be a Centerpoint of our buffet. We made sure cheese was hot and diluted some before putting it in the fountain. Will not use this brand fountian again.

This item was delivered in a box that looked like it had been sitting in an attic for 20 years. The box was full of dirt. When the item was removed from the box it had not been cleaned and was full of chocolate. The presentation of this item sucked. The item had to be immediately taken apart and cleaned.
