This gadget is so poorly made. It doesn't fastenb when you insert the foam ear cleaners, so when youitwist the holder to use it for ear cleaning, the foam ear cleaner falls out. So it is unusable. This product is probably worth about 50 cents in materials...outrageous at $9.99. And since it doesn't work due to cheap construction, worth nothing.

Does not work as advertised. A person must need really big ear holes in order to get the things in their ear or the wax would need to be right at the entrance of the ear hole. Do Not Buy.

Is not worth it, it doesnt even reach the bottom off the ear canal and doesnt collect serum as expected

Either my ears are the cleanest in the world or this product does not work. I wish I had saved my money. I would not reccomend buying this product.

Simple device, unfortunately poor quality control! If the tip doesn't fit into the unit securely, you'll just have a tip sticking out of your ear with a handle in your hand! Can you believe some sites are selling similar items for $40+??? Refund please!

dosen't remove hard wax

This ear cleaner is horrible. The piece that goes into the ear never stays put on the handle device. I'm afraid to go too deep as the tip comes off, and I have to pull it out with my fingertips
