Victorinox3.25 Inch Rosewood Paring Knife with Straight Edge, Spear Point, Large Handle

I got the ones with slightly longer handles, which is why I assume they're not full tang. Just a cost saving measure to only have to make one kind of blade.Regardless, it's a nice knife, it comes wonderfully sharp and holds an edge well.

I started purchasing chef knives from Victornox way back in 1975. My Father was a butcher hand helped me get a few good knives, and I still have them.I was very surprised when I got this knife that it only has a half tang, Only two anchor pins and is super thin. I know it is just a pairing knife but I don't know if this one will be able to have the longevity of my other knives.

Not as good as top quality knives but does work well for a back up. Happy with purchase.

I try to get all my Victorinox knives with the rosewood handle. I like the way they look and I like the way they feel in my hand. This one was no exception.The handle is the perfect size for what it was designed for.I've seen some reviews in here that complain about the smell of the rosewood. I can't smell anything unpleasant with the ones I have including this one.

This is exactly what I was looking for. A great quality made little knife. Lightweight, comfortable grip and very sharp. My new "go to" knife ! If you are tired of cheaply made junk from China, buy this one. You will not regret it.

This is my favorite brand kitchen knife. I paid more for the rose wood handle to match my set but the blades are the same with the plastic handles. Great knifes.
