Rowlinson Garden Bar Dipped Honey Brown

Looks lovely now it's all put together but my lord it was hard work! The instructions were fairly straightforward but it took two of us many, many hours, much frustration and head scratching to assemble it - for context, my fella is a tradie and does stuff like this for a living so it should have been a lot easier all things considered.Some of the panels and struts/beams were warped and others split when screwed into but once we swapped to Spax (branded) screws, this wasn't an issue. As a result of the warped panels it is very gappy all over the place so we'll have to use loads of sealant to compensate and ensure it's water tight. The roofing felt is very thin and split in a few places while nailing it down, luckily there was an excess so we could patch it over and re-seal it; but will need replacing sooner or later.We'd joked about getting it all together and the door not fitting - well, turns out the door didn't fit! As I mentioned earlier, my partner is a tradie so fortunately we had the tools to fix it; we ended up taking 22mm off the door width so it would slot into the gap.I'd have been tempted to give it three stars if we hadn't gotten it as such a good price back in February. However; as I said, it is now a real taking point in our garden and will hopefully be well used over the summer months. Happy to add photos at a later date as its chucking it down now.
