*Original Review* The top poles were difficult to maneuver and ultimately broke beyond repair the 2nd time it was put up. Had to return.*UPDATE* Added 2 stars for the company, not necessarily the exact product:The company reached out through Email to say they wanted to reissue the tent free of charge. I agreed to this. They asked me to remove my original bad review that informed of the issues I had. I personally don’t believe that is the right way to handle things since I was only being honest about my experience with the product I had received and had not been particularly vicious or biting so I just didn’t respond. I figured they would either send what they had offered or not. I’m not that hard up for a tent at this point. A few days later they contacted again saying they understood if I didn’t want to take down the review before I got the reissued tent but to please consider doing so once I had received it. Again, I didn’t think it was right to take it down completely but I told myself I would write an update if and when I received something from them. I let the matter go and didn’t think about it again. Yesterday I happen to be out side and spied a long box on the rail and started chuckling. Sure enough they have been true to their word on the reissue so here is me letting everyone know that they seem to really want the business and are willing to work for it. It will be a while before I can speak to the quality of the 2nd tent but at least I can say they were respectful, responsive and eager to make amends.Make of this what you will.

It took them three weeks to deliver it to us when I looked up when it was going to be here it came up a week later and it said it was running late. We had a pretty good rain one night and one of the zipper doors was leaking when woke up the next morning there was a pile of water in the floor overall I guess I do enjoy it kind of disappointed in the water being in the floor but I guess you can’t expect a little bit maybe if they could look at their zipper doors a little bit better.

I did SO MUCH RESEARCH before I took the leap and purchased this tent and I was NOT disappointment! We love this tent!! It's super easy to set up and break down. I can do both by myself in like 5 minutes!! I also LOVE how roomy it is! We got the 8-person tent which is bigger than what we need, but I wanted something we could grow into as the kids grew!! We have 3 kids, my hubby and myself and we LOVE how it's a 2-room tent with the room divider! There is a lot of attention to detail with the lantern hook at the top, the removable rain guard (it's nice to see the stars at night), the keepsake holder, the stake straps, and the mesh windows with zip-up covers. We also like the vents at the bottom. It's really sturdy and durable! I mean, this is really a great tent! It's also super compact and easy to transport when you're done! I'm soooo glad we went with this one!

It is a nice tent and I like how easy it is to put it up.On the first use, however, we had rain and leaked from corners. My son said the leaks made "puddles" in the tent.I hope it is a defective one and the seller would send us a replacement.

I've had this for over a month and used it on multiple camping trips in various locations. It holds up great in the rain in the mountains, in the heat it provides shade in the plains. It's quick and easy to setup and breakdown. It's surprisingly light to carry, given it's size, and it looks nice. It's spacy and I can stand up in it completely. I had one issue. We got caught in a wind storm in a location with very little trees. One of the poles bent. I was upset until I saw the other campers that used tents had theirs completely snap, break, or worse. Mine was the ONLY one left standing. It still functions and looks just as good, with the bend barley noticable. Given the situation and circumstances, this tent is clearly head and shoulders above any other tent I ever owned, used, or saw or even heard of. I'm happy with the purchase and excited Everytime I get to use it. This is my honest review. This tent deserves 10 out of 5 stars.

When our old thread and pole tent bit the dust, we knew we wanted to upgrade to an "Instant Tent". This tent was super great and literally took less than a minute to set up. The telescoping poles and no threading was great! We purchased the 6 person tent which fit our queen sized air mattress with plenty of room on both side for items. It could have slept up to 4 adults very comfortably. There was only a mist of rain during our 4 day trip so we can't attest too much to the waterproof aspect. It came with everything needed including quality stakes and a door mat. The only issue we encountered was a rip in the side of the bag when we were packing it up. But who can ever pack a tent away as small and perfectly as you initially received it? Ha ha. Can't wait for our next camping trip!

I rarely take the time to write reviews but this product lived up to everything it advertised. I had never set up a tent in my life but my kid wanted to go camping so I needed to figure it out. This awesome tent is essentially a tent for dummies! Without any tenting knowledge at all it set right up with no problems and came down just as easily plus it fit back into the carrying bag with no dramatics or cuss words! LOL It was plenty spacious inside for a queen mattress and a large dog bed for a 70lb dog with space for bags and moving around.If you are looking for a quality tent that makes camping set up a breakdown a breeze so you can get on with the fun stuff then this is definitely what you are looking for! We are looking forward to many more fun summer camping trips!

Awesome! Wow so easy to setup! We were actually able to get it back in the bag after setting it up. The net in the middle/lantern holder is a cool feature. The privacy divider and the door system is a nice feature. I am 6’4” and can stand up in the middle and slightly bend down on the edges of the tent!
