Saddles are very VERY personal things. You get 10 people in a room with 10 different saddle shapes and sizes and you might have a few happy people. Might. I seem to fall into the category that its hard to find a proper saddle for me. A square peg in a round hole apparently. This one felt pretty good, but on rides longer than 30 min, me and this saddle shape didn't agree.I STRONGLY suggest you try this saddle if the size and shape seems appealing to you. It may work for you and that would be awesome as there was nothing wrong with the saddle.

So they say never try out new things on your long rides, well I chose to break that rule with this seat and let me tell you it was worth it. I know bicycle seats can very with each person but this seat is right on point. Go to their main website, get the measurements and order your seat... you will not regret it. After 60 miles there was no soreness or discomfort at all.

This is a good road seat. It's well designed for the serious cyclist. However, be aware that the finish is textured. Your shorts will not slide on this seat but will instead stick in place. If your shorts don't slide, your skin will slide on your shorts. I've just finished a 100 mile day with unnecessary chafing. Nice seat, if you don't want movement on the seat.

Love this saddle. I put it on bike on my trainer and noticed instant improvement on comfort, which only continued as I rode. Reduced longer ride pain/numbness, and allowed me to find and keep a better position longer without having to (re)adjust every few minutes like oem saddle. The wide rear section is just what my backside needed.

The saddle cover has a slightly raised ribbed pattern that made it somewhat difficult to slide around on the saddle. This discomfort led me to return the saddle. I ended up with the SM Sport which has a smoother saddle cover and just as much, if not more, support.

Ergon has become a big name in cycling today, these saddles hold up to ergons high standards of contact point comfort. Went from a WTB Silverado, which is a great saddle, to this saddle. I was sceptical after reading reviews, very satisfied with the purchase

Super comfortable even without a chamois. My MTB's have Ergon sm comp seats, so I expected great things. I'm new to Road biking, but compared to the few other Saddles I tried, this saddle is amazing!

i bought one of the Ergon seats for my MTB and liked it so much I bought this one for my road bike.

Let me explain that every saddle is a personal thing but having tried to find a replacement for my previous one I tested over 10 saddles and wish I had found this one first. If this one doesn't suit you it will help you work out why!This saddle is perfect for me as it fits and has the right amount of padding. Not too much like some of the gel offerings out there but not too little like you are 'supposed' to have according to the gurus out there. I ride for 3 hours on average as a keen rider and this saddle is comfy throughout. So much so I forget about it.To help you decide I had a fizik arione vs 130mm wide which was actually too narrow in retrospect. (My sit bones are 110mm) I have tried all the selle Italia ones that get put forward. All too hard for me. Fizik, too hard. Selle San Marco, Astute and Prologo all too hard and Italian! I know Italy is the mother land of all things cycling but the German approach by Ergon just works. They have two widths and that's it. If you want a 'rounder' shape you can choose their SM saddle ignoring that it is for mountain bikes as it is the same saddle. Go to their excellent website to do your research.As for the SR comp it is just right, comfy on the drops and you do notice the flatter back when on the hoods or climbing. It does make a difference. As with all saddles you have to dial it in but avoid the faff and start with this saddle!

Not a bad item, not that soft especially going on long rides so good for short distances
