High Quality, Nicely Finished Bases with Screws that are Too Small
While I don't want to ding the bases in a review, there was a problem with those delivered. The 938749 bases are not shown as available in a 6-48 screw size. I have a new Kimber 84M Hunter which has 8-40 screw holes. What was delivered has 6-48 screws, and the holes in the bases are too small to accommodate 8-40 screws. I think the quality of the bases is excellent. The curvature of the rings was a perfect fit for the 84M and the screw hole spacing was perfect - just the screws are not compatible with the 84M Hunter Stainless receiver holes. I have included a photo of the top of my receiver and the Talley bases. Hard to tell from the photo, but the screws that came with the bases drop right into the holes, so they have to be 6-48s.

Solid and light weight
I like these mounts because they are solid and also light in weight. The thing that I like about them the most is that you eliminate having a base piece then your rings, with this the base and rings are in one which I like eliminating a piece that can come loose or shift or move, this makes a solider mount for your scope. I like them a lot and would recommend them to others.

These are nice rings/bases. I used them on a Kimber 84m hunter. Very solid, well built, perfect fit. With these rings and a nice leopold scope, I feel I have the perfect hunting setup. I am very happy with this product. I called the guys at Talley to get their recommendation on what rings to use with the scope I had ordered, and this is what they recommended. They are perfect with a 50mm bell scope. Scope sits as low as I hoped it would.

Excellent product
Talley rings are one of the best. Amazon’s product fulfillment guys, sent the wrong one though. I ordered the low rings and received the high ones. I have used Talley One-Piece Mounts on at least 6-8 different rifles, and will continue using them.

Perfect for my kimber
Installed these on a kimber hunter 6.5cm. Perfect height, perfect fit, all screws included were exact fit. Highly recommend for a lightweight quality setup
